I am an English graduate from The Pennsylvania State University and a 10-year (on-and-off-and-now-on-for-a-while) resident of State College. I have no formal cooking training but consider myself (and have been told) that I can make some mean food. I like eating a wide array of different cuisines and enjoy the well-prepared meal (and the occasional lazily prepared fast food).
I live in State College with my beautiful wife, Laura, and our two cats. We enjoy travelling together, listening to music, watching movies, and other activities.
Two of my favorite "celebrity chefs" are Anthony Bourdain and Alton Brown. You may see some influence there.
Currently, my three favorite restaurants in State College in no particular order are: Mamma Mia's, Cozy Thai, and Zola.
